Patient No. 3

1) Dip him in the water until he loses his strength and forgets his discontent.

2) Don’t over bathe him so he won’t dissolve and become flaccid.
(Excessive use of liquids can hasten the deformity and make both genders alike in looks and ethics.)

3) Today, the stability of value to him is gradually prevailing to all other themes.

4) He has to move, because motion hides the idea of the world seizing the plundered mind.
(Motion does not intend to bring the patient back to the reality of the outside world, since it’s not real presence that is sought through treatment.

5) Medications have no eventual result without what a healthy mind can give to a weak and sick mind.

6) Play him some music, it is through variations of low harmonious melodies that the body regains its health.
(Music must affect tissues in the very same manner it affects the strings of instruments that are alike.)

7) Frighten him, for it is by facing anger with fear we can tame the first.
(Poison and antidote are inseparable.)

8) Do not use consolation, for it is inconvenient.

9) Don not show sadness in the face of the saddened ones, because your sadness will increase theirs.

10) Do not joke with him, he will feel offended.
(It is better if you keep a lot of cold blood.)

“Only one string still vibrates in them, it is the rope of pain, be brave enough to play it.”
